Can a group of schools use one Eduthon account?
Yes. Eduthon is multi-branch: each campus keeps its own classes, staff and records, while leadership sees everything together and the group works to one standard.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Every screen works on a phone, and parents, students and teachers can do everything they need from a phone browser. Nothing to install.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Invoices can be paid online by card or bank transfer, and each payment is matched to the right student and invoice automatically, with a receipt sent to the parent.
Can parents see results before they are ready?
No. Results reach parents and students only after the school publishes them. Until then they stay with the teachers and the head of school.
Can we bring in our existing records?
Yes. During setup we help you bring in your students, staff, classes and fee structures, so you start with your school as it is today.
Is our school's data kept private?
Each school has its own database, separate from every other school. Access is controlled by role, every connection is encrypted, and your data is never shared or sold.
